Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.urbangod.co.uk the "Website" and your use of the Website itself.

UrbanGod is the trading name of UrbanGod Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (co. no 5892472) which is based in London, England and operates the Website.

In these terms "we" refers to UrbanGod and "you" and "your" refers to any visitor to the Website or any UrbanGod customer.

Prices & currencies accepted

All prices are shown on the Website in £ sterling (GBP). All payments, delivery, shipping and handling fees must be made by via PayPal and only cards accepted by PayPal can make payments.

UrbanGod can accept payment in £ sterling (GBP). All currencies will be converted to GBP (£ Sterling) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider.

All prices are as stated on the Website but UrbanGod reserves the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.

Availability

All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. UrbanGod will contact you to arrange this via email or telephone as soon as possible.

Payment Details & Security

All payments to UrbanGod are handled securely by PayPal and (Internet Service Payment Provider). Payment will be debited from your card or account before the dispatch of the goods you have purchased. Upon processing a transaction, PayPal will issue you with an electronic transaction receipt, which will be sent to the email address you provide.

Postage and Packing

Delivery is all done by first class post and we keep charges to a minimum. To deliver to an address in the UK, standard delivery is FREE. Please allow for up to 5 working days for standard delivery. For Europe, we charge £7.

Lost or Damaged Goods

In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact us immediately via email to customerservice@urbangod.co.uk.
In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 7 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or we will provide a refund of the cost of the goods to the card the goods were purchased on.

Returns & Refunds

UrbanGod is committed to providing the best customer service available. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the unused goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been damaged in any form by you after receipt.

* Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with the relevant documentation.

We will issue a refund which will not include the costs of delivery on receipt of unused goods. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please include the receipt and a note saying who you are and whether you want a refund or to exchange it for a different size or Colour. Send this all to us at the address below in the original packaging to.

Please send an email to returns@urbangod.co.uk detailing the item, invoice details, date of dispatch and if you would like an exchange or refund.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Complaints & Queries

Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, we will always attempt to respond within five working days. Should you require to discuss any matter at any time, please contact UrbanGod via email at customerservice@urbangod.co.uk.

Protecting your privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have expressly given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

Warranties

UrbanGod does not provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Supply of Good and Services Act 1994.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Disclaimer of Liability

Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law UrbanGod, its content providers, advertisers or linked sites shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this web site or the linked sites, even if UrbanGod had been advised of the possibility of such damages and irrespective of whether such damages arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise. UrbanGod does not exclude its liability for fraud. You have read this disclaimer and agree to it on the basis that you agree it is reasonable.

Availability of Website

We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that this Website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the Website or that any goods on the Website are in stock or available.
